6月27日，阳曲县“首邑大讲堂”双提升培训暨“陕公大学堂”公益讲座在阳曲县委党校开讲。原中国人民大学农业与农村发展学院院长温铁军教授作专题讲座，阳曲县各级领导干部及各乡（镇）相关工作人员共1400余人，通过线上线下结合的方式聆听讲座。
