金融界6月27日消息，*ST绿康公告称，于2025年4月26日披露的《关于筹划重大资产出售暨关联交易的提示性公告》部分内容有误，现对该部分内容进行更正。截至2025年4月24日，上市公司存在为置出资产提供担保等情形，更正后上市公司为置出资产相关公司提供担保的合计金额为425,675,298.97元 ，除上述更正内容外，原公告其他内容保持不变。
