6月27日，贵州茅台（600519）发布公告，宣布调整回购股份价格上限。根据公告，公司决定将回购股份的价格上限由不超过1771.9元/股（含）调整为不超过1744.3元/股（含）。
此次调整是基于2024年度股东大会通过的利润分配方案，决定对每10股派发现金红利276.24元（含税），合计派发现金红利346.71亿元（含税）。
2025年一季度，贵州茅台实现收入514.43亿元，归母净利润268.47亿元。
