6月26日，瀛通通讯（002861）发布公告，控股股东黄晖解除质押750万股股份，占其所持股份的16.77%及公司总股本的4.03%；截至公告披露日，黄晖累计质押1150万股，占其持股的25.72%及公司总股本的6.17%。
2025年一季度，瀛通通讯实现收入1.64亿元，归母净利润-1744万元。
