今年6月25日是第35个全国土地日。为进一步引导全社会树立保护耕地、节约用地的意识，黑龙江省自然资源厅联合黑龙江日报策划制作了AI短视频《节约集约用地严守耕地红线》，解读宣传制止耕地非农化“六个严禁”、耕地保护农村乱占耕地建房“八不准”“五不得”等政策法规。
