6月24日，受持续强降雨及上游来水影响，都柳江贵州榕江段发生特大洪水，榕江县防汛抗旱指挥部将应急响应提升至Ⅰ级。
消防、公安、武警及蓝天救援队等多支力量利用舟艇、绳索等装备，全力转移被困群众。目前全县已避险转移5万余人，救援中三条船只损毁，剩余力量仍在持续奋战，全力保障群众生命安全。
