新京报贝壳财经讯 6月25日，金正大公告称，公司董事李文静及董事兼首席执行官张宇鹏因工作调整，于近日向董事会提交书面辞职报告。李文静先生辞去董事职务，张宇鹏先生辞去董事及首席执行官职务。两人辞职后将不在公司任职，且未持有公司股份。
