6月24日，舜宇光学科技（02382）发布公告，董事会宣布倪文军已获委任为执行董事及薪酬委员会和策略及发展委员会成员，该委任自2025年7月1日起生效。倪文军在制造业拥有丰富的管理经验，曾担任多个公司的董事长，并与本公司订立服务协议，任期三年，年薪为200万元。
同时，公告中提到，冯华君辞任薪酬委员会成员，自2025年7月1日起生效，但仍担任独立非执行董事及其他委员会成员。
