6月24日金融一线消息，中国人民银行孝感市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，应城融兴村镇银行因未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，被中国人民银行孝感市分行罚款20万元。李某（时任应城融兴村镇银行风险合规部副总经理）对上述违法行为负责，被罚款 1.1 万元。
