证券日报网讯6月23日晚间，海峡股份发布公告称，公司董事会于2025年6月23日收到公司董事林健先生的书面辞职报告。林健先生因工作变动原因申请辞去公司董事职务，同时一并辞去公司董事会战略委员会委员职务，辞职后林健先生不再担任公司及下属子公司任何职务。
