6月23日，芯源微（688037）发布公告，鉴于宗润福对公司战略发展、治理体系及行业影响力等方面的突出贡献，聘任宗润福为公司荣誉董事长、首席顾问。
宗润福系公司创始人，历任公司总裁、董事长。因年龄原因，宗润福在新一届董事会中不再担任董事职务。
2025年一季度，芯源微实现收入2.75亿元，归母净利润466万元。
