6月23日，黑芝麻智能（02533）发布公告，宣布公司计划回购最多6318万股普通股，约占截至2025年5月30日股东周年大会召开时已发行股份总数的10%。此次回购的最高总价为1亿元，预计将于本公告日期起至股份回购授权到期期间内根据市场情况进行。
董事会表示，此次回购将以公司内部资源为资金来源，并将根据市场状况及集团的资本管理需要决定是否将回购的股份注销或作为库存股份。
