6月13日，一辆长达50米、载有28辆二手车的半挂车在S2沪芦高速康桥收费站被浦东交警拦截。经查，该车严重超限，轮胎被压变形，存在重大安全隐患。司机为节省成本从浦西装载车辆欲运往广东，最终因超载、改装等违法行为被扣车处罚。
