6月23日，新迅达（300518）公告称，持公司股份20,712,082股（占本公司总股本比例10.3866%）的股东五矿国际信托有限公司－五矿信托－优质远瞻股权投资单一资金信托2号，计划采用集中竞价方式减持公司股份，减持不超过1,994,115股（含），占公司总股本的1.00%；拟采用大宗交易的方式，减持不超过3,988,231股（含），占公司总股本的2.00%。
