全球第二大钢铁制造商安赛乐米塔尔（ArcelorMittal）在一份声明中称，其已于周五签署协议，将波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那的钢铁厂及铁矿出售给总部位于波斯尼亚的 Pavgord 集团。
该公司表示，交易计划在所有实施条件满足后，于 2025 年第三季度完成。
