6月20日，华孚时尚（002042）发布公告，董事陈翰和副总裁陈存福因个人原因辞职。
陈翰的辞职申请导致公司董事会审计委员会成员少于三人，其辞职将在新成员选举产生后生效。陈存福的辞职申请自送达董事会之日起生效。
2025年一季度，华孚时尚实现收入31.47亿元，归母净利润901万元。
