6月20日，据中科创星消息，近日，二维半导体企业原集微科技（上海）有限公司宣布连续完成数千万元种子及Pre-天使轮融资，由中科创星、复容投资孵化并连续投资，司南园科等机构共同出资。融资资金将用于「原集微」科技快速推进产业化。
