人民银行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长朱鹤新6月18日在陆家嘴论坛上表示，完善境内企业境外上市资金管理，统一本外币管理政策，便利募集资金调回境内使用。近期将新投放一批合格境内机构投资者（QDII）的投资额度，有序满足境内主体合理的境外投资需求。
