2025年6月18日，力星股份(300421.SZ)公告称，公司董事、副总经理、总工程师赵高明计划通过集中竞价交易方式减持不超过88万股，占公司总股本的0.30%；董事、副总经理汤国华计划通过集中竞价交易方式减持不超过65万股，占公司总股本的0.22%；总经理助理沙小建计划通过集中竞价交易方式减持不超过65万股，占公司总股本的0.22%。合计减持218万股公司股份，占公司总股本的0.74%。
