6月18日，金春股份（300877）公告称，为提高自有资金的使用效率，在保证流动性和资金安全的前提下，公司拟委托滁州皖东农村商业银行股份有限公司清流支行向滁州市琅琊区国控发展集团有限公司提供人民币5,000万元的委托贷款，贷款期限不超过1年，贷款年利率为4.9%，按月付息，到期一次还本。
