6月17日，青农商行（002958）发布公告，近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局青岛监管局关于青岛农商银行发行资本工具的批复》，同意公司发行不超过20亿元人民币的资本补充工具。公司可在批准额度内，自主决定具体工具品种、发行时间、批次和规模，并需在批准后24个月内完成发行。
