北京商报讯（记者 翟枫瑞）6月17日，三花智控在港交所公告，拟全球发售360330000股H股，其中香港发售25223100股，国际发售335106900股H股；发售价将不高于22.53港元；预期定价日为2025年6月19日，预期H股于2025年6月23日开始于香港联交所买卖。
