6月17日，国际能源署（IEA）发布月度原油市场报告，预计2025年原油总需求将达到平均1.038亿桶/日，2026年为1.045亿桶/日。IEA表示，到2030年底全球石油需求将稳定在每日1.055亿桶左右；到2030年全球石油产能预计将达到1.147亿桶/日，远高于预期需求 。
