新京报讯（记者王萍）6月16日，港交所文件显示，巴奴国际控股有限公司（以下简称“巴奴”）向港交所提交上市申请书，联席保荐人为中金公司、招银国际。
公开资料显示，2001年，创始人杜中兵在河南安阳创立巴奴，开创了毛肚火锅品类。
