江波龙晚间公告，6月16日，公司全资子公司Longsys Electronics (HK) Co., Limited 与 Sandisk Technologies, Inc.（下称“Sandisk（闪迪）”）签署了《Binding Memorandum Of Understanding》（《有约束力的合作备忘录》）。此次合作将基于江波龙在主控芯片、固件研发和封测制造等方面的领先能力，以及Sandisk（闪迪）在闪存（NAND Flash）技术和系统设计等领域的领先优势，面向移动及IOT市场推出定制化的高品质UFS产品及解决方案。
