智通财经APP讯，越秀地产(00123)发布公告，该公司2022年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第叁期)(品种一)(以下简称“本期债券”)由于发行人行使赎回选择权，对赎回登记日登记在册的本期债券进行全额赎回。根据《广州市城市建设开发有限公司 2022年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第三期)募集说明书》(以下简称“《募集说明书》”)，在2025年6月24日兑付本期债券全额本金及第3个计息年度利息，将在2025年6月24日在上海证券交易所提前摘牌。
据悉，本期债券简称“22穗建05”，本期债券实际发行规模为人民币10亿元，本期债券最终票面利率为2.85%。
