记者从天津市排水管理事务中心获悉，为应对本轮强降雨，自13日起，排管中心全体防汛人员提前做好防汛上岗准备，保证遇险情及时上岗到位，社会支援队伍，人员设备做好抢险准备。“一处一预案”所有点位应急抢险设备提前预置到位，处于热备状态。
