6月14日，WTA500柏林站签表出炉，郑钦文首轮将战莱巴金娜，1/4决赛对位萨巴伦卡。
其他球员方面，凯斯对阵万卓索娃、大坂直美对阵萨姆索诺娃。萨巴伦卡、高芙、佩古拉、鲍里妮作为前四种子亮相。
值得一提的是，这是郑钦文今年和萨巴伦卡第6次在八强对位，分别在：澳网、迈阿密、马德里、罗马、法网、柏林。而郑钦文今年一共参加了11站比赛。
