天合光能6月13日公告，公司拟通过全资子公司天合能投向公司控股子公司江苏天合储能有限公司（简称“天合储能”）增资8亿元，天合储能其他股东放弃此次增资的优先认购权。增资完成后，公司对天合储能的控制权比例将由57.17%增至64.31%。
