格隆汇6月9日丨民德电子(300656.SZ)公布，公司收到新大陆出具的《关于减持民德电子股份触及1%整数倍的告知函》，近期，新大陆通过深圳证券交易所以集中竞价方式减持公司股份1,546,100股，占公司总股本的0.9035%，本次权益变动后，新大陆持有公司股份10,194,517股，占总股本比例5.9573%，权益变动触及1%的整数倍。
