人民财讯6月9日电，海达股份(300320)6月9日晚间公告，公司子公司海达新能源拟向安徽赛拉弗能源有限公司（简称“赛拉弗”）供应全面屏边框产品，双方已就此次长期合作事项签署相关协议，协议有效期至2026年6月30日。赛拉弗预计采购总量为3.7GW，具体采购数量、价格、交货时间及地点以双方后续签署的采购订单为准，交易金额以实际成交为准。
