香港天文台今日（9日）发布特别天气提示，位于南海中部的广阔低压区预料会在今明两日逐渐发展为热带气旋，天文台将视乎其发展速度和进入香港800公里范围的时间，最早在周二（6月10日）晚上至周三初时（6月11日）发出一号戒备信号。
