北京时间6月7日，国足官方宣布补招大连英博球员刘祝润参与本期集训。他也成为大连英博队史首位现役中国国脚。
本赛季，刘祝润从上海海港租借加盟大连英博，截至目前共为球队出场9次，打进1粒进球送出1次助攻。此前刘祝润曾为国足在东亚杯出场过2次。
