6月6日，爱婴室（603214）发布公告，董事刘盛因个人原因辞去董事职务，辞去董事职务后将不在公司继续担任任何职务。
经董事会提名委员会资格审查通过，同意提名高岷为非独立董事候选人。
2025年一季度，爱婴室实现收入8.59亿元，归母净利润669万元。
