6月5日，*ST沐邦（603398）发布公告，公司因与江西诺惠金融服务有限公司买卖借款合同纠纷一案，近日公司部分募集资金账户资金被司法划扣，划扣金额6.74万元。
截至公告披露日，公司募集资金账户资金累计被划扣1.3亿元。
2025年一季度，*ST沐邦实现收入6028万元，归母净利润-9949万元。
