新京报贝壳财经讯 6月4日，德邦股份公告，公司拟以7500万元至1.5亿元资金回购股份，回购价格不超过16元/股。本次回购股份将全部予以注销并减少公司注册资本，资金来源为公司自有资金。回购期限为自股东会审议通过本次回购方案之日起12个月内。公司董事会已于2025年4月24日审议通过回购方案，并于2025年5月16日经年度股东会逐项审议通过。公司已履行通知债权人的程序。
