6月4日，巨子生物通过@可复美 微博发布关于公司重组胶原蛋白产品检测结果的说明。说明中称，可复美相关产品中真实添加重组胶原蛋白成分，不存在网传的“虚假宣传、误导消费者”行为。此外，自今年4月16日起，可复美胶原棒2.0已开始迭代上新，各渠道可复美胶原棒1.0也因为售罄而陆续下架，目前部分渠道仍有库存持续销售，不存在网传的“悄悄下架”一说。
