人民财讯6月3日电，三钢闽光(002110)6月3日晚间公告，何天仁因工作原因，辞去公司第八届董事会董事长暨公司法定代表人、董事、董事会战略委员会主任及委员、董事会提名委员会委员等职务。辞职生效后，何天仁将不再担任公司及其控股子公司的任何职务。公司于6月3日召开董事会，选举董事刘梅萱为第八届董事会董事长。同时，公司法定代表人相应变更为刘梅萱。
