南华期货6月3日公告，公司于2024年7月8日召开第四届董事会第十五次会议，审议通过《关于回购股份方案的议案》，同意以不低于5000万元（含本数），不超过1亿元（含本数）的自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份。截至2025年5月31日，公司累计回购568.12万股，占公司总股本的0.93%，回购价格区间为8.55元/股至9.37元/股，累计使用资金5008.88万元（不含印花税、交易佣金等交易费用）。
