FCC在2025年5月31日解禁了哈苏型号为2AEFA-HB7220924（简称HB722）的相机设备用户手册和测试图片，该机大概就是X2D 100C的后续机型，我们且称之为X2DII。
相比上一代，主要改变的地方在于：

5D按键
其他规格和X2D持平，依旧是1亿像素中画幅CMOS传感器，15档动态范围，HNCS哈苏色彩，内置1TB SSD等。
