格隆汇5月30日丨杉杉品牌(01749.HK)公告，于2023年2月28日，公司与宁波奕多弗订立了2023年租赁协议，以向宁波奕多弗租赁物业。于2024年6月1日，公司与宁波奕多弗订立了2024年租赁协议。现因2024年租赁协议即将到期，公司决定于2025年5月30日，与宁波奕多弗继续订立2025年租赁协议，以向宁波奕多弗租赁物业。物业所在地：中国浙江省宁波市海曙区集士港镇科盛路227号。
