格隆汇5月29日｜法国奢侈品巨头LVMH集团旗下消费品私募基金L Catterton，拟以每股52.5美元，出售德国知名凉鞋品牌Birkenstock约1792.7万股，套现约9.41亿美元，作价较Birkenstock周三收市价折让约3.3%。资料显示，L Catterton于2021年斥资约48亿美元入股Birkenstock。另外，Birkenstock指，将回购约390万股。
