财联社5月29日电，晶圆代工厂联电（UMC）28日举行年度股东大会，联电首席财务官刘启东表示，公司与英特尔（Intel）合作开发的12nm制程是联电当前最重要的发展计划之一，预计该项目将在2027年实现量产。
