5月27日，山东省淄博市淄川区西河镇宝泉村村民齐晓燕正在采摘花菇。近6年来，宝泉村先后发展蜜薯、鲜食玉米、谷子、花菇等产业，不仅使亩均效益增长了3倍以上，让村民在家门口就当上了工人。
