5月28日，金帝股份（603270）发布公告，公司拟使用不超过1.2亿元超募资金，通过全资子公司增资并购置土地及厂房。
具体来说，公司将使用约9726万元的剩余超募资金（含专户现金管理收益及利息等），其余部分将以自有资金补足。增资后，资金将用于参与竞拍金源科技经营所租赁的土地和厂房，并支付相关税费等。
2025年一季度，金帝股份实现收入3.81亿元，归母净利润3867万元。
