观点网讯：5月28日，丹麦出租车公司Dantaxi宣布，Uber已从资本基金Triton处完成对Dantaxi的收购，交易具体金额双方未予透露。Dantaxi在声明中表示，公司致力于在2030年前将旗下出租车队全面升级为电动汽车。
此次收购后，Dantaxi将继续保持其有执照出租车公司的身份，而Uber将为其提供技术支持与平台服务。
