河南省政府办公厅日前印发《河南省提振消费专项行动实施方案》。《实施方案》明确提出，鼓励有条件的地方结合实际探索设置中小学春秋假。“春秋假”是国家鼓励中小学在春季和秋季增设的短期假期，旨在让学生劳逸结合、调节学习节奏，同时促进家庭错峰出游、带动消费。
