近日，美国商务部发布指南，以所谓推定违反美出口管制为由，企图在全球禁用中国先进计算芯片。商务部国际贸易经济合作研究院研究员周密表示出口管制只适用于限制本国科技出口，美此次指南意在阻碍其他国家产品，非常不合理且逻辑上讲不通！（记者：李薇 视频：潘宜萱）
