5月23日，龙图光罩（688721）发布公告，基于公司长远发展规划及范强工作重心调整，范强申请辞任董事会秘书职务，在辞任董事会秘书职务后，范强仍继续担任公司财务总监。
公司董事会同意聘任邓少华担任董事会秘书。
2025年一季度，龙图光罩实现收入5437万元，归母净利润1733万元。
