人民财讯5月22日电，健友股份(603707)5月22日晚间公告，近日，公司取得招商银行南京分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，承诺为公司提供贷款额度不超过3600万元且不超过回购实际使用金额的90%，贷款期限为36个月，专项用于回购公司股票。此前公司公告，拟2000万元（含）至4000万元（含）回购股份。
